1Who we are
This website (“the Site”) and the digital ebook bundle A Quiet and Faithful Home (“the Bundle”) are published by Sadie Lapp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Bundle you agree to these Terms.
2What you are buying
One purchase includes exactly two downloadable digital ebooks in PDF format: A Quiet and Faithful Home.pdf and The Quiet Morning - Free Bonus.pdf. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print both PDFs for your own household use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share either file.
3Pricing & payment
- The bundle price is $37 USD, charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
- Current checkout payments are processed securely by Stripe. Dodo Payments remains available as a fallback checkout. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4Delivery
After Stripe confirms successful payment, the confirmation page provides private, expiring download links for both PDFs. Dodo fallback purchases continue to use Dodo’s digital-file fulfillment. If you cannot access your purchased files, contact us.
5Refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase for any reason. To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact us at the address below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually the same day. After 7 days, all sales are final.
6Nature of the content
The Bundle contains personal reflections and teachings on marriage, homemaking, faith, family, and contentment. Individual experiences vary, and readers are responsible for how they apply the material.
7Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, covers, the persona “Sadie Lapp”, and the brand “A Quiet and Faithful Home” are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Bundle is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Bundle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “last updated” date.
